Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Panspectra ("we", "our", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. Panspectra is an early-stage project based in the United Kingdom. We act as the data controller for the processing described here and comply with the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at [email protected] .
1. What we collect and why
This website is a marketing site with a single way to submit personal data: the contact form on /contact. When you submit that form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (optional)
- The message you write
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to continue a business conversation with you. We do not use contact-form submissions for marketing, we do not sell or share them with advertisers, and we do not use them to build profiles or train models.
The legal basis for this processing under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR is Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to inbound inquiries about our services, and Article 6(1)(b) where responding forms part of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
2. Service providers we use
To operate this site we rely on a small number of third parties. Each of them processes data only on our instructions or to deliver a specific technical function:
- Web3Forms — receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Form data transits their servers. See their privacy policy.
- Google Workspace (Gmail) — stores emails generated by the contact form in our inbox so we can read and reply to them. See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the web fonts used on the site. Your browser connects to Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to download fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No font choices or identifiers are sent from this site.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website, and provides network-level security protections such as DDoS mitigation. Cloudflare processes requests to this site and may retain short-lived logs (including IP address and request metadata) for security and operational purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. International transfers
Some of the service providers above operate infrastructure outside the UK and EEA. Where this is the case, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision, as appropriate. You can contact us for details of the specific safeguards that apply.
4. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels on this website. We do not set any cookies ourselves.
Your browser may store a small amount of data in its local storage to remember site-preference settings (for example, a color or font selection on an internal preview page). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services we use (such as Google Fonts) may set cookies on their own domains; those are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry and any ongoing business relationship, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see "Your rights" below). Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained for short operational periods, typically measured in days or weeks rather than months.
6. Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EEA, or a jurisdiction with equivalent data-protection law, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your personal data
- Ask us to restrict or object to how we process your personal data
- Receive your data in a portable form
- Withdraw consent, where consent is the basis for processing
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] . We will respond within one month, as required by the UK GDPR.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, but we choose reputable service providers and keep the personal data we hold to a minimum.
8. Children
This website is aimed at business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect your rights will be highlighted on this page.
