Good to know
- Annex I as amended by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102, in force since 18 September 2026.
- Even under a listed code, used and second-hand goods, waste, packing that only carries another product, and trade samples are out of scope.
- A product made from several commodities is in scope for each one whose entry covers it.
